two halves of the same coin
I’m a DJ first, a producer second — and neither half works without the other.
The DJ knows what a room can take and what it can’t — when to push in, when to pull out and let the crowd breathe. The producer makes the thing the DJ then gets to drop at 3am and watch land. Neither one of me works alone.
For me, „Progressive“ was never a genre. It’s a way of building a set — tension, release, the surprises that only make sense inside the bigger arc. That’s the way I see it, anyway. And it’s the same instinct I bring to the studio.
where this comes from
It didn’t come out of the blue. It started years ago, writing about music as much as playing it — countless reviews, a slow drift away from trance and techno towards progressive, and a sound that sharpened year by year.
I’m a true club DJ. All night, full on. That’s what my residency at HARD ON in Vienna is — regularly, open to close, from 2012 on. Curating a whole night, every shade of what I love, start to finish: to my mind, there’s no greater pleasure as a DJ. I stepped away in 2024. Early in 2026 I came back. The room was still there, and so was I.
what i make
I produce tracks with edges — friction, bite, the bits people often sand off. There’s a discography behind me since 2016, and it’s a good one. None of it is the point. The point is that this is mine: alive over perfect.
where it’s heading
There’s a word I’ve started building everything around: Temperament. For now that’s all I’ll say about it.
